Meet your new Flame......Think BIG. Pack small.
The 180 Flame is the ideal alternative to bulky and fragile gas-burning camp stoves. The 180 Flame utilizes fewer parts with minimal weight and maximized reliability. The chimney slot in the rear of the stove allows for excellent airflow even when large pans cover the entire cook surface. The 180 Flame quickly cooks food and boils water using only small amounts of natural fuels including twigs, grass, pine cones & leaves. Weighing just 6.4 oz, the 180 Flame is the ideal alternative backpacking stove. Why carry the extra weight of leaky fuel canisters?
Our stoves are built with no moving parts for a reason. The ingenious locking tab and slot design means there are no hinges, rivets or welds in our designs to fail you in the field. Even if one of our stoves gets stepped on, they can be bent back to use-able condition. Where other stoves leave you stranded, 180 Tack stoves keep you going.

** Extra End Rail: Some customers have requested the ability to purchase an extra end rail so they can close in the open side of the stove creating a four-sided enclosed fire. It has been reported that in some jurisdictions, this counts as a “contained” fire and is acceptable during certain fire restrictions. Please check with your local jurisdiction for their rules. We do not have information on where this setup is accepted.
Excellence on a Smaller Scale
The design of the 180 Flame incorporates 3 sides for wind screening and heat focusing with an open end allowing ample room for feeding natural fuels into the fire box. When needed, the sturdy sides support heavier cookware than other backpacking stoves. We engineered the 5 pieces of the 180 Flame to interlock together creating a very stable unit with no moving parts which often fail in the field. We've designed a sustainable & durable product that will last you for years. The 180 Flame disassembles quickly stacking into its own clean, compact case with any dirty surfaces on the inside keeping your pack clean.
